Name: Get Web Map

Description: REST Server Object Extension (SOE) that will return a JSON Web Map string for use as a parameter to the Execute Print Task.

Usage: Input a Map Nbr. If you want the returned JSON to include an overlay layer, set IncludeOverlay=true and use one of these acceptable options for OverlayToInclude: "flood", "slope", "wetland", "shoreline", "dnrstream", "cmz" (channel migration zone)
