Description: The group B well heads are community water systems that serve less than 15 connections. Group A wells serve more than 14 connections and must have a water right to be established.
Description: Communities must regulate development in these floodways to ensure that there are no increases in upstream flood elevations.
Development in the floodway is highly regulated; most often times not allowed. This layer is produced by FEMA and lies independent of the parcel layer; for precise and accurate readings for questionable areas a paper Floodway map should be used.
